Gossip beetles are black and white striped. They crawl along the Iota path and the Noxi Road in the Emerald Forest.
They listen to what wizards and warriors have to say and then get together and gossip about them. They are famous for spreading lies and making up stories that are not true. Sometimes though they know wizard and warrior secrets. If you stop and listen to them and they know it and they will giggle.
If you take them you should know they have a poisonous bite. You might die when your throat swells until you can't breathe.
Kathleen and the Jadeites work hard to protect them from being stolen. They are taken because people believe the gossip beetles can spy for them.
