The brown hat wizard Odren Temal started the Odren Livery and Stables on the southeast corner of Noxi road and Iota Path in the Emerald Forest. He came to this location to find his parents Toskey and Nonzia who went missing here along with nine other wizards. The eleven wizards have never been found and what happened to them is a mystery today many years later. The white hat wizard Casper knows but he hasn't left the white wizard tower in decades.

Odren Temal was known for his ability to understand horses to such a degree people thought that he could communicate with the animals with his mind.

People from around the Runiverse used to search him out for help with their horses and Elysian ponies. His practices are still being used today.

Currently Quincy Termal is running the livery and stables. He also seems to have Odren's gift to communicate with animals.

Warrior Kathleen likes to stop by and ask Quincy's advice on animals when she is traveling through the area. He always has a warm cup of tea for her that they share in his herb garden.
